Placing an Order

 

 

When you place an order with Online Wedding Shoes, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm the order. Please make sure you input your correct email address when submitting your order otherwise a confirmation email will not get to you.

 

 

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available we will advise you of this and refund any money paid.

 

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order without prejudice and issue a refund.

 

 

Cancelling an order

 

 

You can cancel this contract (your order) at anytime up to 7 working days after the day of delivery using our returns form or by emailing us at onlineweddingshoes@yahoo.co.uk as advised in our returns policy.

 

 

Dyed, shoes are excluded from the cancellation policy.

 

 

Returns

 

 

We offer a no quibble refund or exchange policy on all items so long as they are returned in their original condition.

 

 

We advise that you obtain a proof of posting or use a signed for service, as we can only issue a refund once the item has been received. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post it will be the sender’s responsibility. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration they will not be classed as in their original condition and will not be liable for a refund

 

 

Refunds

 

 

If you wish to return an item, excluding dyed items:    

 

 

You must email onlineweddingshoes@yahoo.co.uk to advise, and await a returns form and label containing your returns number to be sent by return of email.  

 

 

Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL

 

 

Please do not mark or deface the box in any way or they will not be classed as original condition and will not qualify for a refund in anyway.

 

 

Items will not be accepted without a returns form enclosed in the box and the address label attached on the outside of the packaging.

A return request must be received within 7 days of receipt of item.

 

 

Return postage is at buyers expense.

Please obtain a proof of posting.  

 

 

Please place your sender’s details clearly on the reverse of the packaging.

 

 

Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment.

 

 

Refunds will be made within 30 days.

 

 

If an item has already been exchanged and the additional postage has not been paid and then is returned for a refund the additional postage will become payable from the refund due.

 

 

If an item has to be resent due to an item not being collected from the post office then the additional postage will become payable from the refund due.

 Faulty Goods

 

 

If there is a problem with the goods please contact us within 48 hours to rectify the problem.

 

 

If you need to return faulty goods please return within 7 days of receipt by standard postage and keep the posting receipt. Sorry but we can only refund standard postage.

 

 

Sizes and Prices

 

 

All our sizes are stated in UK sizes.

 

 

All heel sizes are approximate.

 

 

All prices stated are in GBP £

 

 

Dispatch Times

 

 

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery business collection. We aim to dispatch orders received before 11am the same day, orders received after this will be dispatched the following working day.

 

 

Undelivered Parcels

 

 

All parcels do need to be signed for. Your local sorting office will keep any uncollected parcels for 7 days and after this Royal Mail will usually return them to us.

 

 

The postage will then need to be paid for again and if the postal service did not leave a calling card then a claim should be put in for Royal Mail to refund you the postage.

 

 

If the parcel was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address given on the order form then postage will also need to be paid again.

 

 

We accept no liability for items lost or delayed in the post by Royal Mail. If your order is lost or delayed please advise and we will assist you with submitting a claim on your behalf.

 

 

Royal Mail have 15 working days following the date of posting to deliver all items including 1st class recorded delivery items. Unfortunately 1st class doesn't offer a guaranteed time scale and although usually do get delivered within a few days that is not guaranteed, and from experience of sending out high volumes of post Royal Mail do encounter timely delays more than expected.

 

 

Security policy

 

 

Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology via NoChex meaning that we do not store or have access to your credit card details.

 

 

Your transaction will appear on your statement as NoChex.

 

 

Changes to the Above Terms

 

 

We reserve the right to amend and change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
