How will my order be shipped? All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class delivery, by daily business collection Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible once a completed order has been received. 1st class doesn't offer a guaranteed time scale and although usually do get delivered within a few days that is not guaranteed, and from experience of sending out high volumes of post Royal Mail can encounter timely delays more than expected. Royal Mail have 15 working days following the date of posting to deliver all items including 1st class recorded delivery items. What if my shoes do not fit? Please do not just return your shoes without following the returns procedure I need my shoes dyeing. The cost of dyeing shoes is dependant on the shoe and what colour you require. Full details can be found on the shoe dyeing page. Please Note we are only able to offer the Dying Service to shoes that are purchased from us and that state they are dyeable. How long does it take to dye a pair of shoes? The standard shoe dyeing service takes approx 2 weeks. An express service is available which costs £5.00 per pair in addition to any dying charge payable. The charges for the varying dyeing options can be found on the dyeing page. All our dyeing is carried out by Shades Shoes and we do not add any extra charges on top of their charges for the dyeing service. I haven't recieved a reply to my email We aim to reply to all emails as quickly as possible within a few hours during office hours however during busy times a reply may take longer. In order for us to deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible please Always quote your Order Reference number on all communication Please do not repeatedly email your query as dealing with duplicate emails is very time consuming and will delay not only your reply but others as well. Can I order a selection of shoes for choice? We are more than happy if you wish to order a selection of shoes whether it be for styles sizes or colours as long as any unwanted items are returned in the same origianl condition that is not a problem.
