Refunds (excluding dyed items)     If you wish to return an item, excluding dyed items:       You must email onlineweddingshoes@yahoo.co.uk to advise, and await a returns form and label containing your returns number to be sent by return of email.     ·         Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL SHOE BOX AND ENCLOSED PACKAGING   ·         Please do not mark or deface the box in anyway or they will not be classed as original condition and will not qualify for a refund in anyway     ·         Please make sure when trying on your shoes you do so on carpet and use a pop sock to avoid toe indents in the shoes, in order to keep them in a new condition.   Items will not be accepted without a returns form enclosed in the box and the address label attached on the outside of the packaging. A return request must be received within 7 days of receipt of item.   Return postage is at buyers expense. Please obtain a proof of posting.  We advise obtaining the relevant insurance.   Please place your sender’s details clearly on the reverse of the packaging.   Refunds are made by the same method as the original payment.   Refunds will be made within 30 days.   PLEASE NOTE:   You must email to advise first before returning any item and Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL PACKAGING, please do not mark or deface the box in anyway or they will not be classed as original condition and will not qualify for a refund in anyway. Items must also contain the returns form and returns number or a refund/exchange cannot be issued.   Dyed items are non returnable   If you do not receive your returns form and label by return of email with 24 hours please email onlineweddingshoes@yahoo.co.uk   NOTE: - We cannot process any refunds/exchanges without this information.
