Exchanges (excluding dyed items)
Items will happily be exchanged for a similar item or any item in current stock, excluding dyed items.
· Items MUST be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL SHOE BOX AND ENCLOSED PACKAGING
· Please do not mark or deface the box in any way or they will not be classed as original condition and will not qualify for a refund in anyway
· Please make sure when trying on your shoes you do so on carpet and use a pop sock to avoid toe indents in the shoes, in order to keep them in a new condition.
You must email onlineweddingshoes@yahoo.co.uk to advise, and await a returns form and label containing your returns number to be sent by return of email.
Items will not be accepted without a returns form enclosed in the box and the address label attached on the outside of the packaging.
A return request must be received within 7 days of receipt of item.
Return postage is at buyers expense.
Postage will be payable by the buyer on the replacement item.
Please obtain a proof of posting. We advise obtaining the relevant insurance.
Please place your sender’s details clearly on the reverse of the packaging.
